People want to know what to do in order to be happy. The fact of the matter is that you can't follow a few steps in order to be happy; there is no recipe for happiness. However there are things that you can do in order to get over the morning blues and get to work. Now this isn't just a ploy to get you folks to work more. Feeling bad going in to work can really affect the way you feel about your work, you can start resenting the people you have to work with. Arguments can also start boiling over, but if we all went into work feeling happier and more energized we can expect a friendlier work environment.
I read that doing things like: Getting stuff of your chest, putting thoughts on paper, listening to music, and even scent therapy can brighten your day right up.
